  It's a soft flannel, typical thickness. I love the color. But do keep in mind it's oversized. I got a small and it looks like a men's large. But I knew that when I ordered it. My complaint is usually that sleeves aren't long enough for my monkey arms, and these look short. But because the shirt is very wide through the shoulders the sleeves are the right length. And it has pockets!!

  Received this item on time, but when I opened the plastic package the button up smelled of perfume and I found a piece of black hair on it as well. Listing says that the item is hand wash only, but the actual item says you can wash it in a washer. I used cold water, put in the dryer for only about 10 minutes, then let it hang dry. There are loose threads on the inside of the item and those pieces came out for the most part in the wash. Other than that, the piece is comfortable, thin so you can layer and not get too hot, and has an oversized fit. I sized up because I wanted even more of a loose fit. I didn't realize that it had pockets as well, I probably won't purchase from the seller again, but I won't be returning this item.

  I have two of these - received the second one today. Pretty sure it's been purchased and returned because it was unbuttoned all the way down and one sleeve was rolled and cuffed. However, tags still in place and has that "new" smell so, no worries. I especially like the weight and length. It's lightweight which is nice for people who are warm natured and/or who like layering. It's long too, perfect to wear with leggings. It says to hand wash, but I don't hand wash anything, so I washed it in the washer and dried it in the dryer. Might have faded slightly, but not enough to be an issue. The possibility exists I'll soon order a third. Highly recommend.

  I average 160lbs and am 5'6. I purchased a medium. The shirt runs big. It really just depends on what looks you're looking for, but I recommend you size down.

  I first couldn't get this in the size I wanted so I went a size down thinking since it was oversized it would still fit. And it did, however it wasn't as "oversized" as I would have wanted it. My daughter loved it and I ended up giving it to her because it was perfect for her. I then ordered another one however still none my size so I went way over my size because I prefer to swim in my clothes.I love it! It's my favorite cover/jacket/dress. I have mixed so many looks together with this that I can honestly say there's nothing this won't look good with! I included a few pictures of how I style mine in different ways than customary. It's not too thick, it's not too thin, it's the Goldilocks of covers!You will not regret this purchase! Only suggestion wait for your size or go up and be prepared for it!
